    DC as a state won’t “harbor” the federal government; that would a separate enclave. But even if it did why would that be an advantage? It isn’t now

    Do you think DC should be its own state? I joined many of my colleagues in the West Virginia Legislature to urge Congress to oppose DC statehood.
