i can p much only use dumbbells and for many things im limited by how long my frame and/or grip can last just holding the _0 lbs. also i suspect im still not feeding myself enough
my workouts have been using the same or decreasing loads for pretty much a month now and as much as i do it for therapeutic reasons its still kind of frustrating

i should also remember that last time i was semi serious about this i was doing a starting strength type thing and saw a ton of progress in
#s bc that was the point, which is not necessarily comparable to where im at nowShow this thread
