im experimenting with using a stool instead of my regular desk chair, also doing deadlifts as part of my routine exercise, i think its good but also i want to lie down for about two days
yeah ive tried it before and switched back before long. i think as much as anything else my problem is spending too much time sitting without breaks, and this at least makes it a bit more obvious. possibly what i really want is an adjustable sit/stand desk, pricey tho
