One issue I’ve got with using the HomePods for Apple TV audio is that you can’t check anywhere to see what signal they’re receiving/currently playing. Stereo? 5.1? Atmos?
The Sonos app and other sound bar apps usually show this data.
Hope Apple finds somewhere to put it.

The new HomePod has a normal, detachable power cord. What a thing. And you can use pretty much any standard figure-8 cable if the braided original is too short or gets damaged.
