100% agreed The eye-opening part for me was the realization that I had "default" dance moves that I did to look cool, not look awkward, or some reason that wasn't "because the music told me to" It took a while to comb through my other thoughts and actually listen, but now..

That you can dance in the "way the music requires" and that there is a platonic form to find in your body as response, and those aren't the same as "looking good". I'll keep those thoughts in mind always. I allowed myself to feel music more than I had ever before. Thank you.
