what are some fun life experiments?? for example, saying hi or compliment people when you feel the urge. try a new aesthetic every day. etc.

I agree that makeup can be detrimental to self esteem, esp at young age. I feel like I used to rely on makeup to feel beautiful, then I never wore makeup (and judged others for wearing it), then came back to enjoy it for the creative expression, magic, & extra sparkle it provides
A lot of women I know almost rely on it to feel beautiful
I support the fun of it all, but it's really sad that women find it necessary
We are so beautiful without it, especially when our inner souls glowit does feel like it can be slippery slope where if you wear it everyday it can become necessary
