Trust is a measure of someones capability, integrity, and perceived benevolence. Can do do X, will you do X?, are you a good person? In my practice I cancel out benevolence because it can’t be tracked
I like this! You can figure out where your trust might be breaking down, in your confidence of someone’s capability or integrity or benevolence
