      even being hot – some people win generic lotteries etc, but choosing to *stay* hot and continue to *perform* hot, that’s a deliberate choice, and it involves volunteeering to be the recipient of people’s attention, which is a kind of burden you have to bear

      I think I am just now realizing why I show up grandma more often than hot— I dont like the attention/it makes me uncomfortable, and I want to focus on conversation
