A stunningly large part of life relies on meaning making and it is both prevalent and incredibly powerful. It happens irrespective of our awareness and punctuates daily life. I believe exercising some fluidity with the meaning that you afford to life can be incredibly fun.

This is a great question that I should think about a lot more. I think it was a slow process for me and many other small changes coagulated together like oil droplets in water to finally lead to the change. The first step, however, was changing my diet of what I consume.

As in not good wise. But information wise. And a big part of it was online. I changed up my twitter/Tumblr and started following people who were earnest about whatever small thing they cared about (irony despite all its humour doesn't get you very far).
