I think a useful skill for dealing with ambiguity is breaking things down into smaller, less subjective blocks. (thread)

So you chip away and find different factors that make up the subjective thing, and hopefully it becomes less nebulous. And sometimes the thing is less “off” than you thought, it was actually because you harbored some unrelated fears that got transferred to this issue.

I think hard part is catching yourself before you dismiss or bank too hard on your gut reaction. Remembering to make space & focus on the fuzzy area to try and understand what makes up this ~oidSFa;j oweflM~ thing.
