The reason the game of Allyship is so fraught for most people is that they are playing a game they don’t enjoy, that has little impact, that takes a bunch of time, and that they can’t win at.

I think I saw this from you— I love the idea of figuring out ways that allyship can be fun, and not necessarily framed as education/homework. Shooting the breeze, sharing food, joining in shared activities (dancing, music jams), neighborly tasks (borrowing sugar, giving heads up)
