sometimes I get jealous and then I think about jealousy circles where A is jealous of B who is jealous of C who is jealous of A, and then I feel better

Also: I read somewhere that you can't be jealous of select positive traits, you have to give up all of your traits for all of the other person's traits. Which was an extremely helpful thought experiment because then I was like lol ohh haha nooo not for me

ok and then there's the sad case where you are like, I would gladly trade places with this other person 100%. They are better than me in every way. In which case 1) I might not know them /their struggles well, or 2) I go through my list of thinking trapspic.twitter.com/MQSHqgUiOL
