Just curious, how many parts do IFS people have?? Do you have cloves? I haven’t identified cloves yet, nor have I labeled manager/exile/firefighter, but so far I have met distinct 15 parts

what's the basic mode of interacting with or even observing them? just meditation?
I was first introduced to IFS by my therapist who took me through a guided meditation. Pretty much had me get comfortable, breathe, then took me through these questions. It was pretty wild because I met a part and got answers. I was instantly hookedpic.twitter.com/dVCa6BUIA0

I did that for several other parts, including little drawings of them + descriptions. So that’s like the initial getting to know them, and after that I just kind of check in and talk to them
