Mulling over the idea of intentional, ritualistic movement exercises to be more embodied. I once took an art class in SF where the teacher had us do these physical exercises to “wake us up”.

I feel more awake just thinking about these exercises! idea being that we spend too much time standing/sitting/lying around and there are many other body formations available to us.
