there should be an anime about PT where the protagonist’s story arc is battling against supreme demons and calling on extraordinary willpower to do mundane calf stretching exercises that mostly consist of standing in place 3x a day everyday

Anime is perfect medium because you can have an entire episode where the character is really just laying on his/her back but you see the internal struggles of desiring, visualizing, almost moving for, but ultimately failing to do pt
