Two of the most egregious issues of the tRump administration are playing out right now: the possible firing of Rosenstein and the possible confirmation of Kavanaugh. Neither should distract us from the other; we must fight the outrageousness of them both.

I think Kavanugh is toast. I don’t think they’ll have the votes as it stands.

It's best to never underestimate how low the @GOP will stoop to get their way if it's for their party. I don't trust @SenatorCollins, @JeffFlake or @lisamurkowski

I know. I just found myself expecting that enough in the GOP will step up and put a stop to all of this now and with horror realized that they very well may not do that.

Just talking to my dad about how different things are now with the GOP than when we went through the Nixon thing. Then, there were a few GOP (like Goldwater) who put country before party; now, there are none.

I remember a very different Republican party years ago. It wasn't radicalized. I've always been a liberal but there were Republican ideologies I agreed with like keeping the govt out of people's matters like assisted suicide and birth control. No more. That party is dead.

I agree. I've always been a registered Dem, but have voted GOP on a few occasions. Never again in my lifetime. At 66 years old, I might have another 20 years of elections left, and 20 years is not long enough for the Republican Party to recover from the horror they have become.

If he is fired or forced to resign American should hit the streets. A lot can happen between now and November! None of it good.

I read the Axios report and I dont see Rosenstein resigning.
