Simply asking how often people eat out can reveal a lot. Many elderly people eat the majority of meals in restaurants and have no idea how much salt they consume not how to choose healthier options.

Maybe find put how many carbs sugars and seed oils instead and worry less about the salt m

Depends on whether or not you believe food is medicine. I do, and I've seen near miracles when people change their diet. My job is a physician healer, not a prescription writer.

Well said! If only the majority of your peers felt and acted the same way. We all have many levers to manage our health, and the ideal state is one in which we or others are working together to measure, analyze, and adjust all of them.
