    Here's a way to think of the magnitude of this. If you go back in time and restore voting rights in 1998, Democrats win the 2000, 2004 and possibly 2016 Presidential elections. Alex Sink wins the 2010 Governor election and accepts Medicaid Expansion, insuring ~400,000 people.
