almost without exception. every single time we've covered it's been a palpable ratings killer. so the incentives are not great.

Just tried this recipe in large audience public talk on climate change, and worked really well: (1) ideas (2) evidence (3) action. (1) analytic framework that's not catastrophe and blame; (2) facts within context, well communicated; (3) political, community/work and personal.
