We always talk climate when we talk about weather events/disasters and I think there’s huge space for that with wildfires particularly. We talked about climate a lot during our hurricane coverage last year.

Maybe @KHayhoe would like to be on the show. She's a great climate communicator.

So two times they’ve asked me, the first time I was literally in the studio w the earpiece in my ear, the second time I was pulling into the parking lot, and they canceled on me last minute both times. No other org has ever done that so now I am sad to say I just have to decline.

We’re all going to die in an ecology catastrophe because telling people about the ecological catastrophe is bad for ratings. Awesome.
