There was a known issue but this should be fixed now – let us know if you're seeing otherwise.

It is showing that my livestreaming was revoked still on the status and features page and on the live dashboard it says that due to community guideline strikes or copy right issues this account cant go live. Thank you for checking into this, if I knew why this is happening....

Hmm, have you already sent an appeal for the strike with the steps here: https://yt.be/help/fhTF ? If you have and you're still unable to live steam, you'd have to complete the Copyright school first: https://yt.be/help/copyrightschl …. Let us know how it goes.

I have done the YouTube for ads courses, completed the exams and passed. I know what to do and I am pretty sure I am not breaking any rules. If its something I am unaware of then it has to be a not well known issue.

Sorry for the confusion, it seems that the live stream feature was revoked due to a Content ID claim. You can remove the claimed content from your video with editing tools, or if you think the video was wrongly claimed, you can dispute it: https://yt.be/help/LKJN

Here's my problem; I don't know exactly what I was doing wrong and I don't know exactly what stream(s) have been claimed. No notices from YT at all from any source, not even a claim in the video manager. I must be triggering an automatic livestream revoke policy somehow.

Just like non-live YouTube videos, all live streams are scanned for third party content. More here: https://yt.be/help/QzFP . Also, live stream restrictions last for 90 days or until the related issue(s) are resolved. Here's more about the restrictions: https://yt.be/help/gok2

I appreciate all your help I really do. I know all of this stuff I have read all of these pages over and over. The thing is I never got any warnings or explanations as to why this happened and no directions on what to do? It just got revoked and no one can tell me why exactly.
