I have asked @MichaelCohen212 and his lawyer, Stephen Ryan, for comment on the allegation.

JUST IN: No court hearing in the Cohen matter on Thursday. Judge Wood has moved the conference to next Wednesday, May 30 — so there will be "a fuller report from Special Master" — and she wants the parties and Avenatti to file a joint letter setting forth an agenda for it.pic.twitter.com/QUVwxQMGzJ

I wonder what evidence Mr Avenatti has of the existence of these recordings. Whatever such evidence may be, I'm assuming it's not just something he read in a newspaper, b/c he, himself, has asserted that newspaper stories are not admissible evidence.

At trial, sure, but they’re fair game in a discovery motion seeking to establish potential unproduced discoverable information
-
Also: To my knowledge, there’s been no published stories about recording segments. Did I miss something?

What leaked audio? I haven't seen anything about it.

Here's how it goes: Cohen leaks audio to big media outlet. Outlet calls
@MichaelAvenatti for comment, verification, possibly plays recording. Avenatti files motion. Leak shows up as breaking news on Fox next day. - 1 more reply

If you have a recording of someone that you did not get permission to record it’s against the law. Dumb shits

I don't like this soap opera anymore.

That’s why I was so enthralled by the wedding this weekend. It was so nice to see constant positivity for a change. I don’t blame Avenatti of course, he’s doing Thor’s work. Just seeing pure love, happiness, and joy of so many was a beautiful thing. A great reminder.

Ask that ambulance chaser about the millions he owes former partners and the back taxes he owes. He just lost a $10 million bankruptcy case.
