So, Rudy Giuliani told Fox News and CNN that Robert Mueller said his office will, per Fox News, "abide by DOJ guidelines" that assert a sitting president cannot be indicted. This is not surprising; it is mainly notable if Mueller told Giuliani so.

Except it’s Rudy.

Read what I wrote. I am accounting for that fact and was responding to his question.

Not one single leak from Mueller's team yet you expect us to believe what guiliani says? If a sitting president can't be indicted that makes him above the law so what's the point of the Constitution then?
-
That’s what DOJ has concluded in the past. A sitting president cannot be indicted, DOJ decided in 1973 and reaffirmed in 2000.

Our election was attacked by a hostile foreign govt, their ally-a usurper- took office, high crimes are exposed & impeachment is VERY unlikely by complicit majority party. How do we protect democracy without indictments?

well that should change. if the president is a criminal, committed treason, the guy should be ripped out of the oval office by his feet and dragged to jail.

There is literally no point in continuing this investigation if Trump will not be indicted for his crimes. None. Putin’s victory is complete and moreover, America’s enemies will try again. And at some point in the future succeed again. Pathetic.
