You’ve got to be kidding me. That’s the point. It’s ongoing litigation, and the president just wrapped up that litigation — which is supposed to be independent of politics — in his political fight.
No, it’s the opposite — as I’ve detailed previously but you just don’t seem to care — and the reason why the president generally does not comment on ongoing enforcement litigation.

Trump’s tweet does not indicate action from himself but rather that “Administration’s Anti-Trust Division”. THEY are who’s opposed in the context of the tweet. Second it addresses why the MEDIA are not stating the division’s stance. It’d be different if he said “I” he didn’tpic.twitter.com/JDGHvSAoBS

In fact, he does say “Trump Administration’s Anti-Trust Division”. Hope everyone enjoys their weekend.

…man you better tell all these left leaning sites about that, they used the same phrase as did Obama. Because they had no F’ing clue it mean impropriety. Pro-Tip: it’s easier to be honest and just say you hate Trump and want to erase the election. https://www.theatlantic.com/politics/archive/2014/02/will-the-obama-administration-stop-comcast-from-buying-time-warner/457239/ …

I get the generally part but making a statement of fact doesn’t constitute the President blocked a merger for political reasons. There’s nothing in the tweet to support. Not the best idea sure but.. The only way you come to that conclusion is to leap there because you want to.
