Every third thing Giuliani said is either obviously wrong on the law or on the facts, so, he’s not doing much better than Sekulow’s average interview.

More coming from my interview with Giuliani shortly.

UPDATE: Read my interview with Rudy Giuliani about what the heck he was saying in that Sean Hannity interview about Trump repaying Michael Cohen for his payment to Stormy Daniels. https://www.buzzfeed.com/chrisgeidner/rudy-giuliani-says-trump-repaid-michael-cohen-for-the?utm_term=.ei0J3XReE#.ellgqxjaE …pic.twitter.com/uRyChGtex1

Giuliani tell me that it “clearly was a payment to reimburse expenses" — while acknowledging, “I’m almost certain that there wasn’t an itemized bill.”https://www.buzzfeed.com/chrisgeidner/rudy-giuliani-says-trump-repaid-michael-cohen-for-the?utm_term=.gyWz2MEk3#.icBxO1DPo …

Calling it "a payment to remove personal embarrassment to Melania [Trump]," Giuliani told me of the 2016 payment to Stormy Daniels: “I don't think they thought about it as a campaign thing” — although he acknowledged that others might disagree.https://www.buzzfeed.com/chrisgeidner/rudy-giuliani-says-trump-repaid-michael-cohen-for-the?utm_term=.gyWz2MEk3#.icBxO1DPo …

$35,000 x 12 = $420,000 That's a hell of an interest rate.

Something was found in Cohen's office and they are getting ahead of the story, but none of this smells right. What billionaire overpays their lawyer by $300,000 in a year long payment plan? Melania, hire a good lawyer for the divorce...

And Cohen was pissed and said he didn’t get repaid? And had to take out a home equity (or second mortgage)? Yeah... this passes the sniff test... NOT

So Rudy hasn’t been paying attention, probably watching Fox, or he’s a really bad liar I think both

Trump, Cohen and Guili going down

ITS KARMA AT ITS HEIGHT

Only 2 reasons to pay off $130,000: 1. get around campaign finance laws, or 2. Trump has cash-flow problems & couldn’t afford to pay $130,000 up front.

to your question 3 hrs ago, I'm pretty sure Emmet Flood has discovered he wants to spend more time with his shreds of dignity which precludes his joining the President's, um, legal team

So $420,000 paid over a year, of which $130,000 was randomly included for the Stormy payment, with no billing? This is not the way any ethical, legitimate lawyer works. Same as to Guiliani’s claim that law firms typically advance clients’ settlement payments. They do NOT

Guiliani’s claim is just such obvious BS.

For those keeping track, Rudy just told the world that Trump committed the same federal crime that imprisoned former Republican Speaker of the House Dennis Hastert, who was convicted of illegally structuring hush money to the boys he molested as an Illinois wrestling coach.

Perhaps Giuliani, with his big mouth, wasn't the best choice for Trump's new TV lawyer, LOL!

Mueller's team,
@MichaelAvenatti and his client, and the majoiorty of actual patriotic Americans disagree. ;) -
LOL! His failing is the investigation's gain.
