Perhaps you shouldn’t fall for the premise of the question by the biased reporter and pay more attention to factual answer. There were Democrats at the dinner.
-
This is a dumb statement. It was a State Dinner, and the question was about exclusion of the minority party of the legislative branch. It isn’t a question of whether any member of the Democratic Party attended.
-
Considering the way the Democrat Party has treated
@realDonaldTrump and his administration why on Earth would he invited them to anything? -
To an official, tax-payer funded, STATE dinner? So has any Democratic Party President ever refused to invite a single Republican member of Congress to a state dinner before?
-
I don’t know if a Dem Prez has ever done this before, don’t really care. I do remember
@realDonaldTrump inviting The leadership of the Democrat Party to a meeting to avert a shutdown and they never showed up. Maybe he was just saving taxpayers money. -
You're confused that never happened to trump. It did happen to Obama. Democratic leadership repeatedly made bipartisan deals that trump scuttled. His refusal to allow either the democrats or the free press into the state dinner is further proof that he's not fit to lead.
