This is a situation where unnamed sources are not all that helpful, imho, due to the varying motives of different parties right now: https://twitter.com/DianneG/status/985962602533711872 …

southpaw @nycsouthpawIf this description of their relationship is accurate, then there shouldn't be loads of privileged files to worry about. There probably wouldn't be any files, aside from idk--a few emails with theoretical questions, right? https://twitter.com/chrisgeidner/status/985969661786447873 …Show this thread8 replies 20 retweets 125 likesShow this thread -

So, as
@nycsouthpaw said earlier, either this is not accurately portraying the relationship, or there are basically no A-C privileged files at issue — which would undermine the argument Cohen's lawyers are trying to make in court.https://twitter.com/seanhannity/status/985970632201564161 …Chris Geidner added,

Back to the matter in court, Trump's lawyer makes it clear that she believes the case should be treated differently because the president's personal lawyer and materials relating to the president are involved:https://twitter.com/KlasfeldReports/status/985974679268667392 …

Back to Cohen and Hannity. Hannity's latest tweets and the letter from Cohen's lawyers this morning appear to contradict. Can you explain,

Cohen’s lawyers announce that Steve Ryan, who’s been Cohen’s lawyer for the Russia probe, is here and also acting on behalf of him. Odd that Cohen only had 3 clients to drum up in court today. Why did Hannity step into Cohen’s “attorney-client privilege” dance if it couldn’t be successfully choreographed?

You say that "next steps" are that Cohen gets electronic documents and THEN Judge will make a decision on special master vs taint team. I haven't seen this reported elsewhere. Are you sure Judge said that?
