Here's what Michael Cohen's lawyers say his law practice has consisted of since leaving the Trump Org in January 2017 and operating as a solo practitioner:pic.twitter.com/1l4ejgDC9Y
Although those sentences are worded strangely, it would appear Cohen's lawyers are saying that the third person is a legal client to Cohen whose legal matters are responsive to the warrant.
Cohen's lawyers: "To the extent it bears repeating, federal prosecutors have seized the data and files of the personal attorney of the President of the United States. This is completely unprecedented."
Cohen's letter seems to misstate what is meant by "special circumstances." It doesn't mean, "Wow, this is wild."It means there are special things about the representation that justify keeping its existence hidden. The letter does nothing to explain that.pic.twitter.com/dnHXM0K3yo
In the case cited, that lengthy quote is from the court's introduction of the discussion — not its resolution. In the case, it found no protection — and explained how limited the circumstances are when a client's identity can be shielded. https://openjurist.org/992/f2d/449/vingelli-v-united-states …pic.twitter.com/BwcOVRjetT
Cohen's third client REEALLLY does not want their name revealed.pic.twitter.com/jKWDjsF7Fw

because, of course. Every criminal always wants to know what the Feds have on them.
Generally speaking, the mere name of a client is not privileged. What’s really interesting is that that client’s docs are “responsive” to the warrant.
That's precious.
The one and only reason for that objection are crimes committed and a desperate need to hide it all.
Why, no executive privilege can be exerted , Cohen is Trump’s personal attorney.
If he hasn’t done anything wrong, what’s he worried about?

Cohen is so screwed.
So, if there are other 'client's' info in what was seized and is allowed to be reviewed by Trump's attorney, wouldn't they then be breaking attorney-client privilege?
Well, hell, don't we ALL want to see it? LOL
Tell then to look in the fridge for the presidency, old Malicious Mike just put it on ice looks like. It will all be in trumps new book written without ghost writers. It called “ The Art Of The Squeal”
awwwwwww well doesn't Donnie think he's special.
