Wouldn't it be nice if all criminals had a hand in deciding what the FBI can and cannot see??
We will see how this goes. All appointed 45's Judges should be afraid, should recuse themselves or be afraid of losing their livelihood. When ever the 45th is involved in somehow involves corruption.
Bwahahahahaha!

Trump's lawyers ought to expect to lose on this one, but then, Trump's their client, Learning about legal proceedure as Potus the hard way
Good article. Is there a precedence for this type of filing? Do defendants normally get a first review of evidence seized, before prosecutors? What's your take on what will (should) happen?
You would think it would be ..first FBI then prosecutors then discovery at least it would be that way for normal folks ..
THE COURTS WILL NOT ALLOW IT UNTIL A SPECIAL MASTER GOES THROUGH THEM.
Correct. And technically, Trump has no business in this case. The request reeks of guilt. It would be hard enough for Cohen to be allowed to go through the materials (effectively reducing it to a "subpoena"). But for Trump? Insane!
The attorney-client privilege is just that — a privilege — and need not be asserted. The fact that Trump is so vigorously asserting it — trying to block the standard taint tram procedure—shows he has something to hide
I was hoping you were writing something for this thanks - once again your writing helps me grasp legal documents
Bwahhahaha
I'll bet there's an explanation for this.https://www.scribd.com/doc/310835987/Donald-Trump-Lawsuit …
