JUST IN: Paul Manafort's lawyer in his DC criminal case, at almost 10:30 pm tonight, filed a request to have an extension of the weekend and Monday to file his motion to suppress the evidence obtained by Mueller's team.pic.twitter.com/jAWDfUHvUs

It is after midnight, and Judge Amy Berman Jackson did not rule on Manafort's request for an extension of time to file a motion to suppress regarding the search of the residence. Nor did his lawyer file such a motion. So, in theory, it's now out of time.

Love the excitement for a 4a story, tbh.
HERE IT IS —> Manafort Says The FBI's Search Of A Storage Unit Was Illegal, Wants Evidence Tossedhttps://www.buzzfeed.com/chrisgeidner/paul-manafort-says-the-fbi-illegally-searched-a-storage?utm_term=.gqv8nXER6 …
Color me skeptical of the argument made by Manafort's lawyers in their late Friday night filing: https://www.buzzfeed.com/chrisgeidner/paul-manafort-says-the-fbi-illegally-searched-a-storage?utm_term=.hlb6rQ5E8#.frvYvn1a3 …pic.twitter.com/OhQrCFVA6a
Yeah: that’s not the lawyer.
mOTiOn tO sUpReSs!
well it was a supprise motion so
Oh my. When you misspell “suppress” in a suppression motion ... it’s a bad sign.
This is why I write headings in normal font then switch to all caps at the end. I'm terrified of this.
Only the best lawyers...
His secretary, you mean.
If I was Manafort’s lawyer, I would probably put his case at the top of my priority list.pic.twitter.com/Oo4V5pwxz0
Wish it said “suplex” instead.
I have trouble with this one too, and Word doesn't underlight it when you're writing in ALLCAPS headlines!
“Underlight?”
