The target is Facebook, sure, but the secondary target seems like it’s Russians — as in, the mocking of Russian language — and that feels ... off.

I was thinking the "Russian" text was because of the claims that Russia used Facebook for it's disinformation campaign

Um. Yes. That’s the “joke,” obviously. But the point is that it’s way of making the “joke” is to mock Russian language — which is just mocking a whole people and culture and not bad actors accused of crimes.
