Um. I feel like this video MAJORLY FAILS because it literally ends on the most disturbing note — with no further explanation. Great for a TV show, but not really for news!https://twitter.com/CBSNews/status/980198174127284225 …

A 19,000-pound space station is falling toward Earth and scientists project it may land sometime between Saturday and Monday, in a zone that includes a large part of the continental United States. 😱 http://cbsn.ws/2J6vYXj  pic.twitter.com/i175c33tyf

Here’s the best, most informed discussion so far. Basically, with no publicly shared telemetry from China—they might not even have it—we just have to go with multiple radar contacts and visual sightings. https://twitter.com/milesobrien/status/980143052290428928?s=21 …

The latest prediction is that the falling Chinese space station #Tiangong1 will likely reenter the atmosphere tomorrow night. I talked to satellite tracker @Marco_Langbroek to get the details. Our Q&A here: https://bit.ly/2uxVHEJ

Right?? Especially cause the article states that it will most likely end up in the Pacific close to Malaysia with a very low chance of it re-entering above Michigan.

It's roughly the size of a bus and all but its ceramic components will burn up in reentry. Space Agencies around the world are tracking it and updating crash estimates. IIrc any debris left will come down in the Pacific according to latest estimates.

Experts hoping it will burn up at re-entry. Vid offered stats vs getting hit by lightening meant to calm, but still sci-fi disturbing.
