Looks like we should be really careful about how much we read into the "ethics opinion" that EPA folks are pointing to —>https://twitter.com/Zhirji28/status/979770744128331776 …
So, ABC raising the question yesterday of Pruitt's condo rental led to this story about what happened there a year ago to the day? HOW WEIRD! —>https://twitter.com/JTSantucci/status/979791491458625536 …
MORE: BuzzFeed News's @Zhirji28 talked with the EPA ethics lawyer, Justina Fugh, who everyone's talking about today. Fugh only weighed in on Pruitt's condo deal on Thursday night — and wasn't given all the relevant facts. https://www.buzzfeed.com/zahrahirji/epa-pruitt-dc-housing-ethics?utm_term=.hgJjMJQw6#.pqaqJkpLP …pic.twitter.com/5h8ltQE9Up
This is the complete memo, btw.https://twitter.com/Zhirji28/status/979851386253922304 …
Go look at the area by the Hart Office Building: https://washingtondc.craigslist.org/search/doc/apa / Here's one about where Pruitt's spot was. This is $1800 for 600 sq. ft. —>pic.twitter.com/wfIQ9iqunh
Why is the EPA document so vague? This is ridiculous. "... which is a reasonable market value," the memo, such as it is, concludes — without any reference to what space (not even how many rooms, how much space) was leased.
What's the average timeline from "White House frustrated" stories starting up to Trump tweeting out that he's replacing someone? https://www.cnn.com/2018/03/30/politics/scott-pruitt-epa-white-house/index.html …pic.twitter.com/FL9p8POBm4

To anyone playing the home game, FYI: @abcnews misrepresents what @bpolitics reported. Side-by-side...pic.twitter.com/2Y6WMjYaX9
And, Bloomberg reported that "Someone else rented the other bedroom," when it, per ABC, was Pruitt's daughter. So, no one is perfect today.
(Also, while you're technically right, I didn't read either as meaning exactly the words they used — like, Bloomberg was basically portraying him as only having access to the room, and ABC was rebutting that with evidence they used the condo as a home.)
It's ok to use the phrase "bribery scandal" rather than "story," Chris...
Maybe she could ask him not to kill Earth while she’s at it.
Ok ok ok. So, on top of everything else, his room could not be locked. HIS BEDROOM COULDNT BE LOCKED BUT HE NEEDS A SOUND PROOF ROOM FOR PHONE CALLS.
It’s very confusing watch the media go after Pruit over this when our last SOS was running a foundation taking in million in foreign donations and had her foundation President setting State Dept meeting and awarding big donors with positions at State. Odd media was silent on that
It’s ok, we’ll make up for it now
So you’re admitting the media covered for real corruption and crimes while trying to exploit a person renting a room and insinuate this is corrupt without pointing to any action? Interesting. Media wonders why it has no credibility.
Trumpers have no credibility. Hypocrites at best.
How do you take from the poor when the poor don’t pay Federal Taxes?
That’s simply not true. What are you saying about Donald Trump then? He doesn’t pay his taxes
Then brags he doesn't. Stand up guy right there!
