#SCOTUS grants two new cases:
- Knick v. Scott (limited to question 1)
- Gundy v. US (limited to question 4)
Justice Sotomayor writes a dissent to the denial of cert in Todd Wessinger's ineffective assistance of counsel case out of the 5th Circuit, writing that the denial "undermines the protections this Court has recognized are necessary to protect that right." #SCOTUS

The first decision is in Texas v. New Mexico. Gorsuch has the unanimous opinion in this original action over water rights. #SCOTUS

The final decision today is in US Bank v. Village at Lakeridge. Kagan writes for the unanimous court, affirming the 9th Circuit. Kennedy and Sotomayor filed concurring opinions. #SCOTUS
