Second opinion is Jennings v. Rodriguez, one of the reargued cases. Alito writes for the court, reversing the 9th Circuit and holding there is no statutory right to bond hearings for the affected undocumented immigrants.

The final decision for today is Patchak v. Zinke. There is no majority opinion. Thomas "announced the judgment," joined by Breyer, Alito, & Kagan, affirming the DC Circuit. Breyer, Ginsburg, & Sotomayor write concurring opinions. Roberts dissents, joined by Kennedy & Gorsuch.
