Leaving lunch, I saw the CNN chyrons. I haven’t even seen/heard directly what he said, but It sounds like it was ... not what one would have imagined the White House wanted.

First, a reporter asked about Porter, not the exes. He answered & reiterated that he did a good job, he was surprised, wished him well & made the mistake (?) of actually defending our system of justice: innocent until proven guilty. Has Porter been charged? 1/2

Kay.... he’s President. Is it too much to ask that he think beyond the box? Look at the the police report... the photo. Acknowledging the victims is what a Potus does. And did you not recognize the good ole boy speak?

It’s been widely reported as was the restraining order. It’s one of the reasons Porter was unable to get permanent clearance. The behavior was documented. They weren’t just accusations made out of thin air.
