Wasn't NC's map drawn with racial bias (per 4th Cir)? By conflating it with a partisan bias, isn't SCOTUS signal how they will rule in WI/MD?

This is a partisan gerrymandering case. There also is a NC racial gerrymandering case pending.

Any clue how the Court would reconcile decisions that two different unconstitutional gerrymandering standards were used? Simply order a map that considers both rules?
