No news on Hidalgo, the death penalty case out of Arizona. (Looking more and more likely that someone is writing a dissent to a denial of cert or, less likely, dissent to a summary reversal.)

The Chief Justice, again, is reading the opinion. (There are no arguments today, so it's possible he's alone up there. We're down in the press room just hearing the audio piped in.)

Final decision of the day is DC v. Wesby. Opinion by Thomas (who is here and reading!), reversing the DC Circuit. There are no dissents, but Sotomayor and Ginsburg write separately.

Sotomayor concurs in part and in judgment. Ginsburg concurs only in judgment.

FYI: We are told by our colleagues who went up to the courtroom that Ginsburg, Breyer, Alito, and Sotomayor were not on the bench this morning.
