The Chief Justice, again, is reading the opinion. (There are no arguments today, so it's possible he's alone up there. We're down in the press room just hearing the audio piped in.)
Final decision of the day is DC v. Wesby. Opinion by Thomas (who is here and reading!), reversing the DC Circuit. There are no dissents, but Sotomayor and Ginsburg write separately.
Sotomayor concurs in part and in judgment. Ginsburg concurs only in judgment.
