He's increasingly siding with liberals on the court. He also has gotten away from his duty by legislating from the bench, which is a prerogative of the liberal court. His job is to rule on the constitutionality of the matter, and he's been getting away from that.

I don't see him as the nut job right winger like Neil Gorsuch is... in fact you get the feeling that they are disgusted that Gorsuch is even there with them. Trump trash dumped on the Supreme Court is probably what they're thinking
