Using agreement with Kennedy as a sign of centrism is a sign of how far the SCOTUS equivalent of the Overton Window has shifted, though.

The irony. Jen Bush had all the money in early & mid 2016. In 2016, Republicans lamented the money was not making a difference. Now, it huge sums going to members of congress for legislation that highly favors them.
