I bet the marketing is only to men and not to women—many of whom serve or are veterans, obviously—so I imagine it’s problematic for these reasons from idea to implementation to PR pitch to article to tweet, but in the absence of all that, sure, people should do what they want!
Definitely very true--nothing wrong with having a target market but marketing to men with the genuine, unironic idea of "you need this or you're not a real man" is just awful and tasteless.
