So even if there is no evidence of voter fraud the state should take steps to stop voter fraud? In Alabama can a person get an ID if they don’t have access to their birth certificate? What if you don’t have a consistent address?

All the better for them to justify their dastardly deeds. Voter suppression is their top goal. A pox on the entire GOP.

Jesus Christ. ‘Fraud is bad, ID for in-person voting is good, most fraud is absentee, but fighting fraud is OK even if there’s no fraud, so no one needs to prove fraud or that ID deters fraud. So ordered.’ 🙄

This is the story of police officer who got an ID for a man in California. Getting an ID can be far more complicated than just getting one. Especially if you are sick or hungry or don’t have transportation https://www.facebook.com/ACSOSheriffs/posts/1560186587393491 …

Ludicrous! The fact of voter fraud has been established as precedent? That's utterly dishonest. The courts are going to do themselves in.

Can you clarify for me, plz - in the excerpt that is a summary it seems to me the judge is saying it’s ok to discriminate as long as you are unsuccessful. Amirite? Isn’t he giving a green lite to intent to dicriminate?? Wow
