For context: There have only been 3 federal executions in the modern era of the death penalty. There are more than 60 people on federal death row.
Anyway, it seems a bit odd to raise the issue of the executions themselves but not delve into that side of things when writing a story with DOJ claiming it's somehow reinvigorating the federal death penalty by ~possibly~ authorizing more prosecutions.
