Very strange docket entry in the Michael Flynn's case today:pic.twitter.com/7XiTxmV4v9

No. Court is concerned that this might later be characterized as an improper ex parte contact, and is putting in the record. Probably staff called to clarify a typo or inconsistency in the discovery order; will almost certainly be addressed in SC's motion.

You're not the court, so you don't know what the court is concerned about.

True. Let me clarify. "Having seen this kind of thing happen before, that is my interpretation, which is based on my over two decades of experience in state & federal courts." That's what I meant but it sounds boring & pedantic when put in that fashion. This is Twitter. Sorry!

That actually is helpful! (*earnestly meant*) The first tweet sounded like: "This is what I think it is and I'm going to assert it as fact b/c I assert all things I think as fact."

What did that have to do with being straight or white?

Fits the profile of the cliche mansplainer. I have been noticing an uptick in people getting crotchety with other people who seem to be just making a good faith attempt at discourse on a social media platform, God forbid.
