More than 1,000 RTs on this @tribelaw tweet. This is not what this lawsuit is about.pic.twitter.com/qzJDVbUChE

People, very often in the Legal Profession, make mistakes. Tribe acknowledged his, promptly addressed it. 2K retweets a blip on Twitter and % his very substantial follower base. Quite sure your turn will come on Twitter, but then 2K would be much larger RT % ur base.
What are you talking about? There was nothing "prompt" about it, and the damage was done by time he did address it — all those RTs (that disappeared when he deleted) were long removed from the tops of people's timelines.
Tell me more about this "damage" I am intrigued.
Exactly. Mr. Geidner seems to feel that we are permanently 'damaged' by Mr. Tribes tweet. Perhaps he has a personal bad feeling for Tribe, perhaps he doesn't understand we who follow him have stronger minds than what he Tweets errantly. It's not like he's some bot. Stop, Chris.
You can unfollow if you want to intentionally misread my tweets. He made an error. He acknowledged it a day later and then deleted it. I updated my thread to note that. We’ve both moved on. It’s you who hasn’t.
That's nonsense defensiveness. I enjoy reading every accomplished person's tweets and I don't knee jerk to what they say as god's honest truth. I appreciated you corrected him and posted the Complaint. Kudos 2 u for correcting the record.
Then what are you complaining to me about?
That you could have corrected the (Lawsuit) record, so to speak, without targeting Mr Tribe and his tweet as if his was so all important needing to be. Just seemed a bit policing of Tribe's tweet that was incorrect to be sure, but which was day later deleted w proper explanation.
But when someone deletes a tweet all RTs disappear, unless it's quoted/commented
Yes, but the RTs had been many hours (up to more than half a day) earlier by that point, so those people’s followers had seen it long ago already. It was buried in many of those timelines ~before~ it was deleted.
True enough. I agree Larry Tribe has kind of gone off the deep end in recent months.
Tribe is a dirty cop
