Just an FYI, reading this tweet I have no idea what story you're talking about. You forgot to add the link...
right! In all this complaining I came here to find a link to the actual story to no avail...
It’s in the second tweet in the thread. Also: It was done here intentionally, bc the point was this was universal advice!
Huh. That was a lesson, not self-promotion? Ok.
I’m not quite sure why you’re here, why you care — without reading the next tweet in the thread that would have given you the link. In any event, @yashar RT’ed a tweet from last night. Go ask him why. Have a good night!
I was genuinely interested because you seemed to have written a good story and I was intrigued. I scanned the replies and didn't see a link in any of the comments. Went to your TL and saw several links. Wasn't clear which one you meant.
And then the author of the link we were interested in was kinda jerky to you so now I'm no longer interested
I hate it when people screencap a fascinating or controversial passage in a story but don’t include the story link so a reader can actually, oh, read it...
Or bit.ly
When I'm writing a tweet & go, "Crap, I gotta put in the link but it won't fit", I paste it in and… now it almost always fits. #Thanks280!
Just so y'know... I clicked my way through at least four or five RT's to get to the source of your GSA story. Thanks!
(Credit where due, right?
)
Hey, I INCLUDED the link. By the way, a fine story!
