SCOOP: Read the letter sent by the Trump campaign's lawyer claiming transition emails were illegally turned over by GSA to Robert Mueller's team. https://www.buzzfeed.com/chrisgeidner/the-trump-campaign-claims-a-federal-office-illegally-turned?utm_term=.wppzba09x …pic.twitter.com/t0n3Qmq9iX
SCOOP x 2: The career GSA lawyer who the Trump campaign alleges was at the center of turning over the emails disputes the Trump lawyer's claims: https://www.buzzfeed.com/chrisgeidner/the-trump-campaign-claims-a-federal-office-illegally-turned?utm_term=.wppzba09x …pic.twitter.com/Z3qEk8t2hb

[I see that while we were in editing some other folks did get and publish the Trump campaign lawyer's letter, so that's not a S-C-O-O-P! Apologies!]
In an investigation you are not required to reveal your sources
I think the question is why the sources didn't reveal themselves. If it came from the transition team their lawyers would have shared that info. I think Chris wants to know what kind of warrant got them to the emails.
Don't write an email you wouldn't want blown up in front of a jury.

I'll fly out tonight! =)
They were on .gov servers. Ergo, owned by the government Mueller works for. Easy peasy!
A basement that is guarded by the Secret Service. Just saying.
Uh, the emails were literally on a govt server.
BREAKING: you simply subpoena gmail, or yahoo or in Pence's case I am suer AOL
If Trump had more interest in competence instead of loyalty, this might not have happened. Thank God he doesn't
Interesting how FOXNews has no interest in finding out whether it was an unlawful search and seizure of Manafort’s residence?
