Responses to the government's underlying petition — https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/4320470-17-801-in-Re-United-States.html … — are due by 4p Wed, Dec. 13. So, while this is a stay pending resolution of the petition, it's apparent the court is wanting to get to that quickly.

IN LAY TERMS PLEASE … too many double negatives in this legalese. and paper says only good till DEC 13 anyway.

Sounds like the government supplied documents that support its position to end daca, but no others. In all agencies there are always documents that do not support the current position. Why hide them? Why fight so hard to not disclose them? How damaging can they be?
