I don't think that privilege applies to Russian attorneys.

Even if she is US licensed she has to be his attorney and not have any 3rd party present for it to be privileged
-
I was thinking same thing. The mere presence of attorneys defense is about as solid as the "my lawyer wrote that tweet"- defense.
-
They are legal scholars of such high caliber next they will claim the co conspirators privilege

Dummy. He should have refused on grounds of preserving executive privilege, which is very different from atty-client privilege. Mueller's team is going to want to talk to those attorneys.

A-C privilege applies only when client seeks legal advice in good faith from lawyer and discloses all relevant facts. lawyer's presence doesn't make non-privileged communications privileged. Bottom line: Mueller has laid this out to Jr's attorneys. House probe late, irrelevant.

In my state, privilege would usually be waived in a meeting with someone who is represented by the attorney. I give a disclaimer to prospective clients whenever they want family members or othe third parties in meetings
-
I haven’t looked into any differences between congressional proceedings and court proceedings, but it will be funny if he tried that with Mueller
-
I suspect if Mueller pressed the issue through grand jury subpoena, Jr. would need to seek a protective order from a court, which would rule on the claim of privilege.
